How much can an Airbnb make in Nova Scotia?

How accurate is the revenue estimate?

It’s a band built from real comparables — bedroom-banded, radius-matched — and every estimate states its comparable count and method. It is an estimate, not an appraisal and not an income guarantee.

Does the estimate work outside the Halifax area?

Yes — it works for any Nova Scotia address. Our management service area is Halifax and communities within about 90 minutes’ drive; outside it you still get the full estimate and join our expansion list.

Do I have to commit to anything to get it?
