Prospect STR Management

Prospect is a coastal community on the western shore of the Halifax Peninsula, roughly 25 minutes from downtown Halifax. The community sits on exposed granite headlands that face the open Atlantic, creating a landscape that is dramatically beautiful — crashing waves, weather-worn rock, and panoramic ocean views that rival anything on the South Shore or Cape Breton. The Prospect High Head trail is the community's signature hiking experience — a coastal path along the granite headlands that offers 360-degree views of the Atlantic. On clear days, the views extend to the distant horizon; on stormy days, the waves crashing against the rocks create a spectacle that draws visitors specifically to experience it. Prospect village retains a working fishing village character. The community is small and housing stock is limited, which constrains STR supply.
